Differentiating Instruction is offered through a collaboration among the Capitol Region GATE Consortium, Fresno Pacific University & various school districts.
The CRGC has created a new Differentiation Certificate that applies to all students and all teachers. The attached documents show the courses, answer many questions, and provide the process for completion of the certificate. The Differentiation Certificate is offered in conjunction with Fresno Pacific University, as is the GATE Certificate. There is overlap between the two certificates. Read the attached documents carefully for information about the overlap.
Please share the Differentiation Certificate information with your colleagues, principals, and central office administrators. Since the Differentiation Certificate is not specific to any one group of students, it can be funded with many sources including NCLB and professional development.
After you have read all the attached information, if you still have questions please contact Nancy Craig (nancycraig@classroomsinaction.com)
Districts who want to offer the courses should contact Nancy Craig (nancycraig@classroomsinaction.com) to begin the process.
