Nicky's Nocturnal Octopus, Author: Ginny Christensen
Ginny Christensen was born and raised in Sacramento, California. She currently lives in Fresno, California. She wrote Nicky's Nocturnal Octopus for her son, Nicholas, when he was 4. Inspiration for the story came from her own aquariums that were full of beautiful saltwater fish. This original, whimsical, rhyming picture book is a beautifully created story of responsibility and love and is educational as well, including interesting octopus facts at the end of the story.
