The Sao Pedro Association meets on a regular basis during the year. Meetings are open to all members, guests of members and those interested in becoming members. Meeting date, time and place are posted on this website.

May 8, 2008 - Meeting, 6:30 pm, Thursday, at San Pedro Park. Items for discussion: membership issues, June 29 annual festa, Dia de Portugal San Jose, Madeira Day at the Park in Sept., A West Sacramento city planner will be attending to get our opinions on future Bryte area wants an needs.
Jan.13, 2008 - Meeting, 1 pm, Sunday, at Alyce & Camilo Cervantes home, Orangevale. Board of Directors nomination committee, membership issues, park rental rules of use & rates, park maintenance, plan 2008 events ( Annual meeting & election of Board, Children's Easter egg hunt, Annual members picnic, community yard sale, Dia de Portugal participation, October event ? )

Feb.28, 2007 - Meeting, 7 pm, at Valerie's home. Board of Directors nomination committee, membership issues, 2007 events planning.
March 18, 2007 - Meeting & Potluck, 2 pm, at the Park. Annual election of Board Members. (note: terms are: July 1-June 30, 2007) All members were sent a notice. Email our secretary if you didn't get yours!
June 14, 2007 - Meeting, 7 pm., at the Park. discussion of vote for West Sacto. levee bond measure, August Community Yard Sale at the park & June 24 Annual Family picnic preparations (who's doing what, etc.).
Sept. 13, 2007 - Meeting, 7 pm., at the Park. Discussion of arrangements for annual christmas dinner. Park maintenance issues, repairs.
December 2, 2007- Annual Christmas Party. VFW Hall, Bryte, 2pm. San Pedro provides ham, Portuguese beans, coffee & punch. You bring a favorite dish and/or dessert plus something for the raffle. Santa will be there with children's gifts.

Jan.19, 2006 - Meeting, 7 pm, at Mary Fischer's Home, Bylaws update, SPA /City status & potential responses to city proposals, Board of Directors nomination committee, membership issues, board of directors eligibility.
February 16, 2006 - Meeting, 7 pm, at the Park. Bylaws Update continued, Directors Nominations slate (Alyce & Donna)
March 19, 2006 - Meeting, Sunday 2 pm, at the Park. Election of Directors. (note: terms are: July 1-June 30, 2007). Long term planning. Discuss "2006 Friends of San Pedro" Membership Appeal.
April 8, 2006 - Annual Easter Egg Hunt for members children and guests. San Pedro Park, Saturday,1pm. refreshments served.
May 13, 2006 - Saturday. Cleanup the Park day. 9am-2pm.
June 25, 2006 - Annual Family Picnic. Sunday, 11-5pm. Church service and procession at the park. Members free, Guests $5.00. San Pedro Park. Sunday, 11 - 5 pm. San Pedro provides Carne Espita, Portuguese beans with linguica, cold beer and soda. Bring raffle items. Potluck-your favorite dish. Bring your lawn chairs. Also time to renew annual memberships if not already done so.
August 12, 2006 - San Pedro Garage sale at Dennis & Sharon's. Bring your things to sell ($15. per space), also you can donate something for San Pedro's table or just come by to sit & talk! Free coffee & donuts and other refreshments provided.
Oct. 8, 2006 - San Pedro Wine & Folclore Portugues. San Pedro Park. Sunday afternoon. An entertaining afternoon in an atomsphere of fun, friendship and folkclore. (Uma tarde divertida num ambiente de alegria, amizade e folclore )
November 16, 2006 - San Pedro Park, 7 pm, Board Meeting. Wrap-up of Oct. 8th event, Annual Christmas Party planning, City of W. Sacto. project status.
